We ship all orders within the United States using Amazon’s fulfillment network (Fulfillment by Amazon – FBA). All shipments, tracking, and delivery operations are fully managed by Amazon.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is handed over to Amazon, fulfillment and delivery times depend on Amazon’s logistics system.

Amazon partners with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number provided directly by Amazon.
You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking page or Amazon’s tracking interface.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:

Verify your shipping address.

Check with neighbors or building staff.

Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If unresolved, contact us at contact@nuzzi.shop within 7 days so we can open an investigation with Amazon or issue a replacement when applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nuzzi.shop and include:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item

A photo of the shipping label
We will coordinate with Amazon to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because fulfillment is automated through Amazon, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is placed.
